Can we talk about household favorites for a minute? Is there a certain dish you make often because your whole family just LOVES it? I don’t know about your husbands/fiances/boyfriends but mine is the ultimate condiment king. He has to have some sort of sauce/condiment on everything he eats. He will go as far as not eating pizza if there’s no ranch (saywhat?) and put BBQ sauce on inappropriate things like spam fried rice (whyyyy). He is the sauce boss
David and I have been trying to make some lifestyle changes to lose weight before summer officially kicks in. He’s been super motivated, coming home from work to change and go straight to the gym. I get annoyed and want to do the spoiled
girlfriend fiancé (still not use to saying it) pout to convince him to stay home because I miss him, but I’m happy to see that he feels great and is really trying to stick with the changes he’s making. I, however, am also fully capable of going to the same gym (which is less than 5 minutes from our house), but every second of my every day is already taken up by other obligations, for the next 16 years. Well, I’m sure I could find an hour every once in a while..or every day..to go but I honestly just don’t care for gyms. I get grossed out by them and quite frankly, I’d rather sweat like a pig and look/sound/act like I’m dying an agonizing death all by myself in the comfort of my own home. There’s an endless amount of different videos for all kinds of workouts on YouTube. Click here for one that I like to do often, upping the reps. Waist/booty workouts are my favorite, even though I should be concentrating on ab/arm/back workouts because those are my trouble areas. I have a hard time finding videos with upper body workouts that I like to do, so if you have any good ones, drop ’em below for me and I’ll let you know how it goes.
